Do I need an appointment?
While we do take walk-in brides when a stylist is available, we highly recommend that you make an appointment to shop with us. We will be thrilled to see you, with or without an appointment, but there are days when our Bridal Stylists are completely booked, and we unfortunately cannot accommodate a walk-in-bride.
How long is my appointment?
Bridal appointments run from 1.5 – 2 hours. We want you to have an amazing, relaxing experience!
Bridesmaid appointments are about 1.5 – 2 hours.
Tuxedos and mothers appointments are about 1 hour.
Are children allowed during my appointment?
We love kids! But, we do recommend that you make other arrangements for children during your appointment. It can be a distraction not only for you but for others in the shop. If a child does accompany you or one of your guests, we ask that they are supervised in your appointment area.
When should I order my wedding dress?
The ideal time to order your bridal gown is 8-12 months before your wedding date. Dresses can take up to four to six months to be made and we have to factor in shipping and alterations.
If your wedding date is closer, many designers offer a rush delivery, but fees do apply.
If your wedding date is really close, we can still help you find your dream dress! All of our gorgeous gowns can be purchased directly off the rack.
When should I order bridesmaid dresses?
The ideal time to order your bridesmaid dress is 6-8 months before the wedding date. Dresses typically take two to four months to be made and we have to factor in shipping and alterations.
If your wedding date is closer, many designers offer a rush delivery, but fees do apply.
All of our bridesmaid dresses can be purchased directly off the rack but size and color is limited to what we have in the store.
Do I have to pay in full when I find my dress?
50% is required for us to place a special order with the designer but you can make payments to reach that amount.
We offer payment plan options to help you with your bridal gown purchase!
We accept cash, Debit, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Checks are accepted as initial payment only on special orders or storage plans.
Are alterations included?
We do not offer alterations in our store. However, we do have a list of experience seamstresses, if needed.
Most dresses will require some sort of alteration, so we recommend allowing enough time prior to your wedding date accommodate dress alterations.
Do I need to schedule an appointment for alterations?
